Since I've been in the Customer Service Industry I enjoyed the most working in the healthcare Industry. I find it challenging for I learned a lot of many things concerning about Health Insurance Plan and that is the main reason I took my medical billing specialist certification and an ATA Medical Information Technology to further my skills.
