Operations Lead
CurrentJOB PURPOSE:Day to day management of a best-in-class onboarding, care and offboarding experience to our resources and clients, refining, streamlining, and reporting on the and overall managing the resource experienceDUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:• Following contract preparation, partner with Contracts team to ensure relevant information obtained to support onboarding such as (mobilization such as flights, visas, onboarding & off boarding onto medical, allocation to IT equipment)• Be the first point of all resource queries who coordinate responses with the assistance of the team• Checking in with resources on their first day and at regular intervals throughout their time with Penta inrelationship to role, local client manager• Point of contract for third parties supporting the deployment of resources (i.e., flights, visas, health care, IT)• Receiving the feedback and improvement of service following feedback survey provided by Care manager• Liaising with Delivery on potential people succession plan to ensure future client roles filled• Supporting the Delivery team with skilling & speaking to candidates and understanding their needs• Resolving payroll queries via the Pay & Bills team• Support with the development of social media updates and newsletters and news feeds internally and externally• Supporting with offboarding of resources in partnership with internal owners and obtaining return of company equipment• Ensure the resource experience meets our expectations and resources are engaged with the business and feel part of the wider team.• Responsibilities – Monitoring engagement and feedback ,• All actions and communication all flowed onto the company CRM system• Following the guidance of the Group Operations Director, prepare standardized reporting of your client group.• Providing support to the country manager as directed• Ad hoc projects as directed by your manager
