Deliver an updated, market relevant look and feel across Farmers bricks and mortar from seasonal campaigns and creative POS overlay to elevated store layout, brand flow and visual merchandising standards. Collaborate with the Brand team to concept, develop and roll out 3 major Seasonal Multi-channel Campaign’s annually and support in setting the tone for and directing photo shoots. Manage a creative team of two-five to concept, design and deliver compelling and market relevant POS assets and window displays to support the requirements of the business and above the line activity. Review and update the strategic approach and creative overlay of retail and promotional trade activity with the Retail Brand Team and Customer Insights.Contribute to new store openings - working with Store Design to develop floor layouts, brand flow, fixture overviews and elevation of the store environment. Work with Print Production and Print Suppliers to manage and deliver jobs on budget and to tight time lines. Continue to innovate and work with suppliers locally and off shore to find new substrate and interesting ways to engage with consumers. Implemented a review of all print substrates and techniques reducing Farmers footprint on the environment going from 30% to 80% recyclable.
