With over 20 years of experience in the manufacturing industry, I am a seasoned and strategic leader who oversees the operations of five plants across three continents as the Director of Global Manufacturing at CTC Global. My mission is to ensure the highest standards of quality, efficiency, and customer satisfaction for our innovative and high-performance products.I am passionate about applying lean manufacturing and six sigma methodologies to optimize processes, eliminate waste, and increase value. As a certified black belt in six sigma, I have led and executed multiple process improvement projects that resulted in significant savings, revenue growth, and quality enhancements. I also have a strong background in product development, product management, and product engineering, with a keen understanding of market needs and technical requirements. I am currently pursuing my MBA degree from Kansas State University, with an aim to further develop my leadership, business, and analytical skills.
