CurrentAs the Finance Account Officer at Rainoil Limited, my role encompasses a diverse range of responsibilities crucial to the financial health and efficiency of the company. I am tasked with managing various aspects of bookkeeping, including reconciliations, journal entries, and ledger administration, ensuring accurate and up-to-date financial records. Monitoring receivables and implementing measures to minimize outstanding balances is key to maintaining liquidity.My duties extend to processing cash transactions, conducting bank reconciliations, and meticulously documenting fixed assets to ensure proper valuation and safeguarding. I am responsible for computing direct expenses, booking all expenses accurately, and monitoring the company's budget through performance evaluation and variance analysis.Managing invoices related to truck activities and preparing year-end performance reports are also part of my purview. I handle the computation and remittance of various deductibles such as pension funds and PAYE, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.Additionally, I play a pivotal role in preparing periodic accounts and the group's financial statement, providing insights into the company's financial position. My responsibilities also include processing the periodic payroll for the group, contributing to the smooth operation of the organization's financial activities.
