Finance and Accounting: Oversee the global administration of the company‘s financial activities.  Responsible for budget and plans realization, update and follow ups  Ensure the accuracy, completeness, integrity and reliability of all financial information and meeting the deadlines.  Developing and implementing financial business system. Corporate Governance policies and overall compliance, Audit: In charge of relationship with 1. Local Financial Services market, insurance brokers, insurance companies (as it affects the company operations). 2. All financial corporate and official bodies.  Implement best-practice Corporate Governance standards, 1. Liaise with the internal and external audit to ensure effective internal control systems are in place. Treasury, IT and Risk policies: Responsible for Bank accounts and Cash management, Tax & Capex procedures.  Handling overall Taxation matters, Statutory Audits, Internal Audit, & other  Oversee the treasury function to ensure cash flow for the business.Investment & business development: Evaluate investment prospects and their tax consequences in line with Kraft Foods (the new owners of Cadbury Nigeria Plc) overall business strategies.  Tax and financial planning (and related corporate structure).

• Oversee the company financial Accounting role.• Responsible for the preparation of the company’s account i.e. statutory report.• Liaise with the external auditor.• Managing Investors relations• Responsible for the preparation of SEC Reports.• Responsible for Tax and Tax matters.• Responsible for the preparation and reporting of financial reports to the parent company – Unilever U.K • Responsible for the preparation of other (ad hoc) financial reporting for other Multi-Country Organisation (MCO) that Unilever Nigeria belong e.g. Central Africa.

• See to the implementation and observance of Company’s Information Technology Security Policies. Some of which are: Disaster recovery plan policy and implementation Access control Network security IT security incident handling Legal and regulatory compliance Quarterly assessment and reporting  Conduct regular Information Security Awareness

• As the finance member of Project Termite Team, contributed to the successful completion of the new laundry factory on schedule.• Perform commercial function for the construction of the new laundry factory.• Fast track the project to meet the strategic objective of the business• See that the project cost is within the approved budget• Providing sound professional advice for the efficient running of the existing laundry factory which includes the following: Establishing adequate control measures for controlling the factory operation Maintaining adequate records for stock – quantity and value of oils, chemical, packaging and engineering. Preparation of Monthly Results (Factory Cost of production of the existing factory) Salaries and Payroll administration Ascertaining the actual stock position through monthly stock taking Investigation of variances arising from the factory production for the period Implementing the standards set through the margin statements. Provide input to the annual budget as it affects factory operation
