Manage the construction effort and be the construction representative of our company with Client.To plan, develop and organize the construction effort to formulate the most cost-effective plan totimely completion within budget and to implement the execution of that plan. Monitor and report to Project Manager / Sr Construction Manager of project details, includingprogress, risks and opportunities in a timely manner. Define clear roles & responsibilities and deliverable requirements in terms of both scope andschedule to all the team members. Monitor construction productivity and schedule performance and investigate reasons for less thansatisfactory performance. Provide recommendations and institute measures for improvement bymodification to operating procedures/work instructions. Identification and review of materials for Material Test Certificates, inspection, test plan, welding procedure, Weld Plan, Weld Map/ NDT map. Fit-up and weld visual inspection, dimensional inspection, final inspection, NDT inspection as per Construction related codes (Piping, Steel structures & Storage tank). Attendive for All Mechanical Works installation inspection with respect to Project contract Specification, specially while performing Readiness / Testing in Process & power Piping by following the Codes & regulation. ECC,SCC,MCC,PCCC,CCC,PAC,FAC Package reviewing, modification, line checking, punch making and punch clearing. Preparation / review for the Test package, Project Competion certificate and ensuring full support & follow-up with Client management for closure. Ability to Provide Technical Solution for Design based Dosuments, and Analysis skills for Engineering Queries raised up by the Client management. Well aware of all types of Quality Documents like ITP, Checklist, RFI, Method Statements, Nonconformance Report, Technical Queries, Inspection Assignment Package, Disposition Report, Material Request, Technical Approval Request, Hydro Test Packages and other miscellaneous project contract documents. Raising the Non-conformance for the activities to the concerned departments whom goes against the QAP, Approved Work Procedure & Project contract specification.
