- Identifying business IT needs and working with 3rd party vendors to allow for smooth and efficient implementation, diving deeper to find the underlying problem, fully understanding the needs of the client and implementing the most effective solution.- Managing Active Directory, Azure, Group Policy support , cloud based servers , and virtualized servers (Vsphere).- Building and documenting appropriate maintenance procedures including BIOS upgrades, patch management and system backup protocols.- Educating clients of current and upcoming IT changes through events, webinars, and innovative automation projects.- Facilitate that our departmental systems operate correctly and align with our quality standards and maximize the efficiency of all business procedures- Maintain production KPIs and conduct quality assessments and monitor daily operations while addressing the potential issues when they arise accordingly - Build processes that meet our business objectives and ensure compliance from within- Coordinate with our practice area departments to ensure our quality and customer service goals meet our business and customer service needs
