Part of H&M’s global finance and accounting solutions team in Business Tech which looks after global cross functional project rollouts and global business support to accounting teams across the world. Key Responsibilities:• Driving of SAP SLF (Sales, Logistics, Finance) roll out projects which consists of delivering a solution integrating SAP FI, CO, MM, SD and WMS and utilizing SAP BW. • Providing Accounting Business Expertise and Support both to Global Accounting teams and Local Accounting End Users • Managing accounting solution and securing business development in Supply Chain and Inventory area (Purchase to Warehouse, WH Stock, Allocation/Replenishment to Stores, Store Stock, Stock Take)• Accounting solution point of contact for new supply chain area initiatives, process change proposals, process questions and escalations.• Providing H&M accounting process expertise in solution design, validation, implementation, change management and business support• Conduct workshops with key stakeholders to identify process improvement opportunities and design SAP system solutions.

Responsibilities:- ONE Entry Form (Supporting scenario selection and the setup of new contracts in ONE.) - Reviewing key financials on an ongoing basis eg. Orders Booked, Net Sales, Cost of Sales, Unadjusted Margins etc.-Performing financial analysis of project related Balance Sheet Items such as WIP, RUC, Unbilled Sales, Deferred Revenue, Accruals, Provision, and Customer Advance.- Reviewing project financials by FIRE codes and performing exception based UM validation.- Monitoring reconciliation of open sales order, billing plans and revenue recognition.- Ensuring revenue and cost are recognized in accordance with Accounting Directives/IFRS.- Supporting analysis of KPI's, SOX controls, and Project Governance.

Example Salaries.- Process Journal Voucher (Process direct posting to the General Ledger- P/L transfer for BO´s- B/S Reconciliation with AssureNET tool (Perform balance control with help of the AssureNET tool in order to be sure that balances on G/L accounts are correct.)-Execute SOX key controls and prepare supporting material asked by auditors- GR/IR reposting (cost-postings of IR no GR)- checking that Local interfaces are updated in G/L- Checks after RA and Settlement of the PS/CS/SD/IO module (Settlement to CoS, KOB1, reconcile Sales and CoS, PCA- CO PA)- VAT run- Local interfaces are updated in G/L- Error log CATS transfer- Check if jobs scheduled by GPEC has run correctly (revaluation, depreciation, GR/IR regrouping, transfer AP and AR to PCA- Intercompany postingsCost Center Accounting -Support during closing (analysis of cost centers / internal orders and make corrections)-Analysis of Closing (analyzes and comments on big deviations and send reports to functional unit managers within the regions)-Support during budget (upload budget figures and hourly rates to SAP)-Support in master data maintenance (cost centers and internal orders)
