Specialised in Business & Executive Coaching as well as in the development of leadership skills at the executive level, I have always been passionate about the tremendous leveraging that the corporate culture represents for the performance of companies. My mission and major contribution take place at the level of the human capital of the company (selection of executives, team work at the executive level, leadership development, management of difficult situations, remuneration structure, restructuring and succession management). I began my professional career with hotel management studies followed by twelve years working in management positions in the hospitality industry, in Switzerland and abroad. Already at this stage, I was particularly interested in employees and ways of developing their competencies and performances. Therefore, for the next eight years, I pursued my career as a Franchise and Human Resources Consultant in an international group active in the Swiss market. I acquired solid knowledge and experience in the sector of human resources management and the strategic development of performance management, skills management and succession planning.In 2001, I joined an international consulting firm in the field of human resources management. I was responsible for implementing projects for client companies from all industrial sectors in the following areas: recruitment and selection of executives and leaders, the process of evaluating competencies as well as leading change management processes by means of coaching and executive coaching.In 2008, I founded my first company offering consulting in the development of human capital for organisations, “Ressources du Leadership”, which activities are integrated in 2012 to Oasys Consultants Switzerland. For nearly 10 years I’m helping in the development of Oasys Consultants in Switzerland as the Director of the Lausanne Office and of the entity Oasys Dirigeants.I am now launching my second company, Board Selection & Executive Coaching. I want to bring my expertise to the level of corporate governance, helping to enhance quality in important decision-making and to have strategic skills in the right place at the right time.At the same time, Oasys Consultants Switzerland entrusts me with the management of the Oasys Executive Club, which offers a global and multidimensional support to the CEOs and their management teams.
