•Responsible for the business development and servicing support of wholesale, franchise and travel retail accounts for Tod’s, Hogan and Roger Vivier within the APAC as well as China region. •Executed budget management and retail performance analysis for various partners - conducted OTB negotiation to maximize sell in, sales forecasting, weekly sales performance upload and analysis etc. •Acted as a key contact responsible for shipment releases and transfers from Italy headquarters to existing partners, was also in charge of shipment discrepancies and credit note claims •Communicated with HQ on partners’ shipment status and order fulfillment rate to ensure deliveries were on time as well as avoiding cancellations. •Coordinated with multiple departments to collate and dispatch all inter-company marketing, training and buying materials prior to the commencement of sales campaigns, such as catalogues, price lists, campaign Imagery and training manuals.•Processed the ordering of seasonal merchandise, GWP and VM tools based on partners’ demand.•Conducted competitor pricing research to ensure retail price and currency differences were under control, with the goal of maintaining brand competitiveness.
