Currently I am involved in ensuring Ecocert standards of Organic farming and Fair Trade are met through●Contracting, Registration and mapping of farmers●Coordinating trainings of farmers on Organic farming, Good Agricultural Practices, Climate Smart Agriculture, among others ●Supporting organic farming cluster(s) to ensure adherence/compliance to the organic farming protocols by the farmers, successful certification, and renewals.●Documentation and review of organic practices, ●Hazard analysis and critical control points (HACCP), ●Traceability and record keeping.

I was promoted to Data Analysis team a year after joining the Ministry of land where i was hired to work as a Data Entry Clerk under Joint National mapping and Resource Mapping (JNAM) and tasked to:●Ensure data accuracy, consistency and completeness by implementing quality control processes before uploading to National Land Information Management System (NLIMS)●Integrate and clean diverse datasets to create comprehensive and accurate land information databases●Identify and rectify land data discrepancies●Ensure land-related data is stored securely and in compliance with data privacy regulations

DATA ENTRY CLERK FEBRUARY, 2020 to FEBRUARY 2022 Duties and Responsibilities:●Ensure accurate data capture and entry to electronic document Management system (Edms)●Verification of accuracy of land ownership documents●Conversion of old registry data to conform to new land registry data●Harmonization of land ownership

After gaining extensive GIS skills at Ramani Geosystem, I assumed the position of Gis mapping Supervisor for a night shift team during the 2019 Kenya Population and Housing Census. I guided the team in:●Creation of enumeration area maps using household point data●Preparation of Sublocation area maps used in verification●Cleaning of topology to prevent overlaps, duplicates or gaps that could affect precision of spatial analysis●Printing of all assigned sublocations and Enumeration area maps used by enumerators for the 2019 population and Housing Census☆Achievement: I am proud to have led my dedicated team to achieve exceptional results in map production, meeting project deadline without delays.
