• Work with lead hiring managers to consult on hiring plans to meet staffing needs.• Proactively build pipelines while identifying potential candidates through web sourcing, networking, leveraging group research, candidate referrals and other creative ways to fill the candidate pipeline• Call, screen, and sell prospective candidates on taking the first step toward discovering their career with Nutanix and all it has to offer the Industry's top talent.• Locate and engage passive candidates through the use of Naukri, Linkedin sourcing, Boolean sourcing, and alternative search techniques• Consistently maintain and track pipeline activity to share with Hiring Managers and Recruiters• Vendor Management for contract hiring.• Conducting Hiring Drives and Online test.• Sourcing and screening for various tech and non-technical departments.• Own and juggle multiple schedules and miscellaneous projects.• Responsible for entry, maintenance, and integrity of data in our applicant tracking system.• Assist with company recruiting events.

• Organizing and conducting walking/campus interviews.• Scheduling and coordinating interviews.• Onboarding and hiring new joiners in the system.• Initiating background verification.• Act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the selection process.
