With regard to the pharmaceutical and biotechnology industry, I worked closely with the world's leading pharmaceutical and biotech companies on hundreds of drugs and biopharmaceuticals, from determining the appropriate patent strategies to litigating patent disputes in courts. Representative pharmaceutical clients included Abbott Laboratories, AbbVie, Actavis, Aurobindo, Alvogen, Amneal, Cipla, Celltrion, Hikma, Hospira, mAbxience, Panacea Biotech, Polpharma, Sun Pharma, Taro, Teva, and Trygg Pharmaceuticals.Over my career at Winston & Strawn, I held a number of leadership and honorary positions, including the President of KABA, Board Member of AABA, Committee Chair of NAPABA, and member of U.S. District Court for the N.D. Illinois Magistrate Judge Selection Committee.
