Serve as the Interim Executive Director of CDFI Friendly South Bend. Our goal at CDFI Friendly South Bend is to connect with local borrowers, understands their capital needs, then match them to lenders to meet these needs.

Started a company to do consulting and design work for Non-Profit Organizations. Developed services, Small Business Solutions and Marking and Public Relations for many clients. The business grew into consulting in Greek Life Leadership doing Retreat Planning & Facilitation and Organizational Development. The organizational development training and consulting side of the business has grown into doing more than just event planning for organizations (I can do large and small scale planning). I do provide developmental programming through public speaking or facilitation of Anti-Hazing Workshops/Keynotes, Cultural Group Communication and Risk Management Education. Lately I have started doing organizational and board governance consulting as well and have years of board experience to lend to small non-profits especially fraternities and sororities.

I host the WNIT (PBS) show "Education Counts" in Northern Indiana. Learning in the 21st century looks very different in our schools, communities and workplaces, as adjustments are being adapted to this world where education is continuous and knowledge is more accessible than ever. Despite this expansion or learning, there remains significant gaps in access to opportunities, particularly across socio-economic and racial/ethnic lines. Schools continue to struggle to educate all children equitably, and an American public education is too often the subject of fierce critique. Served for over ten years as a Board of Trustee Member for the Education Foundation which works to serve entities of Sigma Lambda Beta International Fraternity, Inc. We provide grants to the over 100 campuses around the country that host a chapter of our historical Latino fraternity. We also provide scholarships to members, educational opportunities at fraternity events and help fraternal entities raise and create local endowments.

I served as Executive Director and oversaw daily operations; including all development work, program development and assessment and community outreach. I worked with our board of directors to shepherd strategic planning and spear headed our "El Sueño" project to purchase and renovate the new 41,000 SF facility. Our mission is to empower the Latino/Hispanic community within Michiana by providing educational, cultural and advocacy services in a welcoming, bilingual environment.La Casa de Amistad is a not-for-profit, charitable organization, which functions as a community center on the west side of South Bend. It was founded in October 1973 as a youth outreach program in response to the many needs confronting Hispanic teenagers. Founded by Fr. John Phalen, C.S.C., La Casa de Amistad offered various programs in an effort to assist Hispanic youth in self-acceptance and knowledge of the Hispanic culture of which they are a part.

Adjunct online faculty member for the IUPUI Latino Studies Department (LATS). I have taught the LATS L101 Introduction to Latino Studies and LATS L350 Contemporary Issues in Latino Studies courses.

I supervised Career Services, Diversity Affairs and Student Life for the North Central Region of Ivy Tech Community College. That area included the South Bend, Elkhart County and Warsaw Campuses. During my tenure I developed a new Student Government structure, started the Campus Activities Board, more than doubled number of student clubs, helped launch the statewide online club management software and created the statewide curriculum for Student Leadership Academy.

Developed a comprehensive Student Life program by increasing student involvement opportunities, engaging more segments of the student body and revamping many campus programs while helping start new campus traditions. Started fraternity and sorority life, the service learning program, relaunched Project LEAD, was a team leader on the MyInvolvement Software (student club management) product and started the credit based Alternative Spring Break program.During my time as a Titan we tripled the number of clubs, grew campus engagement and launched the first on campus housing for the institution. I worked as part of the Athletic Department and helped with interim responsibilities in that area as well.

Started as the campus Fraternity and Sorority Advisor, was promoted to help with Residence Life and then promoted to manage all student organizations. During my time at Albion we grew Sorority and Fraternity membership by nearly 20%, and worked to gain nearly $250,000 of alumni funds to improve the campus owned fraternity homes. I assisted with campus judicial affairs, helped with major campus traditions, alumni affairs and also mentored two Alternative Spring Break trips to Honduras.

I did three summer internships and was hired after graduation from WMU. I went to part-time when I started graduate school and left to complete my masters degree. I started as a design engineer working on part revisions but ultimately ended up working in what was called Studio 0; which was a new product design studio. I did surface and prototype modeling working with 3-D Printers and professional PD Model Builders. I helped design many new products, and some that still have not made it to market. I had five innovation disclosures and hold one US Patent (7,198,393) for my work on an autoshow property called Ariston.
