at Fidelity, I am engaging with clients, via inbound calls, responding to their inquiries, and providing product and service level guidance. I Process customer requests to include options, equities, mutual funds and trades and other specialized monetary requests. I am currently meeting Fidelity’s specific metrics standards since being fully trained in role.

At CREATIVE I was able to acquire all licenses needed to be fully registered in an Advisory role. I learned fundamental strategies in building a financial advisory practice. I cultivated business with internal advisors within their respective expertise. I increased learning and comprehension abilities through self-lead studying.

At JEVS, I closed month and yearly books for four companies within the firm. I honed my Microsoft Excel and GreatPlains skills through daily use of the platforms. I supported multiple Senior Accountants and the Controller of the firm through monthly and ad hoc accounting tasks.
