*With a greater focus placed on Operations and Process Management, I was elevated to Manager Sales Operations. As manager, I recruited, hired and mentored a team of five process oriented, analytical employees to successfully manage back office Sales processes and reporting.*With limited synergy between the Sales and Product Marketing goals and objectives, I developed in Access/Excel a process that collected, summarized and forecasted quarterly goals by Vendor, Sales Territory and Customer. This delivered solid dialogue and effective planning sessions between the two divisions.*Restructured and programmed in Excel, Tech Data Canada’s monthly and quarterly commissions for two hundred leveraged staff and management. This streamlined a pre-existing process and provided enhanced accountability and audit transparency for approximately $2.5 Million in expenses annually.*Tech Data implemented various customer loyalty programs, mainly in the form of volume incentive agreements. To accommodate this trend, I developed modules in Access and Excel to solicit and report Point of Sale information to both internal and external customers. Over time, this represented approximately $2.5 Million in annual expense.
