-Serve as Subject Matter Expert with regulations, processes, settings and functionality-Help Home Health and Hospice organizations across the nation overcome the business and technological challenges that stand in the way of patient care and efficiency-Educate customers on new functionality released and develop initiatives for continuous business process improvements-Track system configuration for assigned customers and utilize product knowledge to offer solutions to business needs-Perform KPI’s to review and provide the tools on how agencies can track operational efficiencies, clinical outcomes, and optimizing the bottom line.

-Serve as a subject matter expert to customers on the configuration and best practice use of the Homecare Homebase application-Work alongside Project Managers to determine implementation timelines and strategic objectives-Build and Maintain Organizational Hierarchy, which includes NPI, CMS, HIS, OASIS and State Regulation Numbers-Lead customers in their current state analysis, discovery, configuration, setup, imports, and post “go live” key performance indicator calls-Analyze current data to identify areas for improvement for optimization of ROI-Identify improvement opportunities in staff productivity, reporting capabilities, financial management, and operational process/sustainability at various client locations-Project Consultant responsibilities also include those listed under Implementation Consultant

-Instruct medical software to Home Health and Hospice Agencies across the U.S.-Take current agency processes and implement into Homecare Homebase software-Organize, train and support clinical and clerical classrooms for clinicians, supervisors and management-level employees in the transition onto Homecare Homebase software-Analyze client performance and consult on system utilization to increase efficiency and improve gross margins for the client-Assist in quarterly comprehensive manual updates to maintain reference material accuracy-Communicate with agency, regional/national operations directors, as well as CEO/COOs on best practices for managing and improving their businesses with integrated HCHB software operational and organizational models-Identify improvement opportunities in staff productivity, reporting capabilities, financial management, and operational process/sustainability at various client locations-Maintain knowledge of the healthcare industry along with any regulatory changes and compliance guidelines

-Consultations between insurance broker and companies/clients-Reviewed implementation of various Wellness Programs-Completion and process of wellness activities and challenges for various clients
