I worked on evaluations of programs including the Affordable Care Act insurance marketplaces, Medicare Part D plans, and Medicaid enrollment and payment policy. I am experienced in developing research questions and KPIs; scripting interviews, surveys, and focus groups; obtaining, cleaning, and analyzing data; descriptive, statistical, and machine learning models; and presentation and dissemination of findings to a range of audiences.
