I am a patent attorney registered with the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office and admitted to practice law in California. I am a consultant for startup companies in establishing an IP strategy that meets the client’s business needs, review IP portfolios for identifying potential areas suitable for additional strength, and provide prosecution advice on an individual application or family of applications. I have substantial experience in the preparation and prosecution of both U.S. and foreign patent applications, counseling on patent strategy, patent infringement issues, and intellectual property due diligence, as well as in authoring opinion letters regarding patent invalidity and non-infringement.
