I became a Huffington Post blogger, a Western Morning News and Fitpro magazine columnist, appeared on a number of Podcasts and the story was covered on national and regional TV, press and radio – including The Observer, The Daily Mail, BBC Radio Cornwall, BBC Spotlight and West Country News.
