Participating in a graduate rotational program for Reckitt Manufacturing sites in Michigan, Minnesota, and Indiana to achieve sustainability goals and reduce usages of water, waste, and energy. Created and implemented plans to improve recycling efforts, which produced two Zero Landfill facilities that recycle over 100 metric tons of solid waste per month. Assisted in a water reduction project that resulted in over 126,000,000 gallons of water saved annually. Creating basic environmental compliance documentation plans per each state's regulations.

Created waste segregation methods to assist in transitioning to a Zero Waste to Landfill Facility. Conducted an audit of all 408 waste collection points on site. Produced a table containing valuable collection data about each collection point. Worked closely with many teams on site to ensure the most efficient transition to Zero Waste to Landfill. Liaised with companies outside of Reckitt to ensure the most sustainable solutions for solid waste. Drafted and reviewed new collection plans with on site stakeholders. Worked through waste transport logistics on site to create a safe and efficient waste transportation process. Created final collection plans for the entire site. Discovered a product to assist in a $75,000/year costs saving opportunity in solid waste transportation.
