- Oversees the execution and completion of roofing projects from start to finish- On-site communication for customers and is the direct line of contact for supervisor, subcontractors and crew.- Inspects progress of current jobs to ensure quality and efficiency of job completion - Creates material lists for jobs and ensures sites are prepped for subs to begin- Ensures proper breakdown of sites each night- Works directly with customers to do inspection and estimates- Prospects new clients on- site

- Manage timeline of chassis rebuild production to ensure weekly project success - Inspect chassis to ensure they were compliant with the SC Port Authority codes and regulations- Inspect all aspects of process including but not limited to tear down, blast, prime, paint, and then final assembly of chassis- Manage 40 ILA workers daily- Complete daily and weekly reports on rebuild projects and communicate chassis progress with stakeholders- Gathers/analyzes data on performance and production to increase weekly productivity- Train new quality members in the process and checked quality of work
