My primary focus was to renovate the New Hire Curriculum for our Customer Service Agents. The renovation decreased churn in call centers and increased the time to proficiency from 8 weeks to 4. I was responsible for the development and implementation of training solutions created for customer facing employees and supervisors. This position included instructional design in addition to project management including project execution, measurement and follow up. I worked closely with the Learning Development & Inclusion partners, Regional Leadership, Product Management teams, vendors and other business stakeholders to develop enterprise-wide training courses that address corporate goals and objectives.

I wrote and delivered several Technical Theatre courses. These included, Introduction to Costume Construction, Advanced Costume Construction, Scene Shop Safety, and Special Effect Make-Up. The courses were delivered to middle to high school aged students. I also managed, maintained, and repaired costume pieces for public performances. Each show averaged over 100 pieces.
