Associate Head, Acquisition And Products

Current

My role as Associate Head of Acquisition and Products is to lead on mass fundraising communications and propositions that recruit new NSPCC supporters. The NSPCC relies on the majority of it's voluntary income donations from the public, which is motivating our strategy for innovation and growth in Acquisition activity. My responsibilities broadly cover leadership and the development of a team of professional fundraisers across three areas; Products, Acquisition and our Online Shop. Members of the team work cross departmentally with colleagues across the organisation to work towards our strategic objectives for income generation. The team covers both the development and marketing new products for individual supporters whilst managing a portfolio of existing supporter propositions we promote to mass audiences. Creating a commercially viable range of ways in which supporters can support by utilising using best practices will be critical. As one of the UK's largest charities seeking mass engagement, this requires significant support from external suppliers in creative and media backgrounds, as well as from our delivery partners.
