• Responsible for managing IT/Non-IT and Healthcare requirements from US-based clients.• Conducting full-cycle recruiting, including interviewing, extending offers, negotiating, and closing candidates for assigned requisitions.• Sourcing candidates from Job Portals such as Monster, Dice, CareerBuilder, Indeed, and LinkedIn, and creating job postings on these platforms.• Handling Fulltime, Permanent, and Remote role positions.• Ensuring a high conversion ratio of submittals into interviews and placements.• Capable of working both independently and within a team.• Maintaining regular communication with candidates, vendors, recruiters, and offshore teams.• Providing weekly progress reports to management.
