As a purpose-led and results-driven People & Culture Executive I bring 25+ years of experience working as a trusted strategic advisor and business partner to senior executives and cross-functional people managers. As a champion for change, inclusion, and diversity I’ve led the development and execution of data-driven HR and OD strategy, policy, and programs that build the organisational capability and culture required for success.During 9 years as a Strategic People Partner, Director of Change, and Head of Diversity & Inclusion for Big-4 Australian Banks, I was instrumental in shaping transformational people strategies that received industry recognition and positioned the organisations to meet the rapidly changing needs of customers and drive sustainable growth. I was recognised as Westpac Woman of Influence in 2016. My work as an industry influencer and thought leader in the area of inclusion and diversity within the Banking sector led to external recognition including: Named in Australia’s 50 Most Influential LGBT Leaders by Deloitte/Google, 2018 Awarded Winston Churchill Fellowship in 2018, securing grant funding to deliver global research and influence positive social change strategies within AustraliaI leveraged these opportunities to transition to management consultancy and led numerous high-profile culture reviews across diverse industry sectors, coaching Boards and CEOs to adopt evidence-based recommendations to harness inclusion and diversity in driving commercial success. During this period I managed the Global Tech and Microsoft Partners portfolios within the Champions of Change Coalition, nurturing strategic partnerships with Boards and executives of global tech firms to unlock the value of diversity and inclusion. I most recently worked for Microsoft Asia/ANZ, partnering with the Vice President to plan and execute organisational change and business transformation and deliver globally leading People and Culture strategy.Having joined Allen’s, one of Australias leading law firms, in 2023, I am excited to lead a team that drives positive change and greater inclusion & innovation outcomes.
