I am solely responsible for providing the four Co-Founders with both corporate and personal support in their C-level & Directorship roles and for providing corporate support to the additional four C-level Officers. I am the central point of contact amongst Executives, employees and external partners, arranging collaboration and delegation of duties as required.KEY RESPONSIBILITIESo Diary management: Managing 8 complex diaries to ensure meetings are scheduled in line with business requirements and that conflicts are dealt with efficiently whilst observing the needs of the individualo Mailbox management: Managing 100 – 1000 emails across 5 diverse mailboxes dailyo Managing international and domestic travel including third-party sourcing and management for an average of 2 foreign trips per montho Managing stakeholders including business partners, lawyers, notaries, translators, interpreters, Business and Department Headso Developing and implementing processes for documentation flow and archiving to maximise efficiency and ensure GDPR complianceo International and domestic event management including conferences and trade delegations; sourcing suitable venues; managing a budget; overseeing production of digital and printed marketing materials for an average of 2 international and 2 domestic events annuallyo Executive administrative support including expense reconciliation; formatting information, presentations and reports; preparing meeting agendas; minute taking; technical problem solvingo I manage all aspects of the Co-Founder & Director of Business Development’s personal affairs including banking, household management, budget optimisation and coordinating contractor timetables; sourcing rental accommodations; researching and booking holidays; creating and maintaining filing systems

KEY RESPONSIBILITIESo Ensuring the smooth running of the office at all times including all aspects of facilities management; sourcing suppliers and contractors; meeting and greeting all visitors; First Aid and Fire Marshall duties ensuring Health & Safety procedures followed o Providing full and thorough administrative support to the team including working closely with the HR Manager to create and manage the Retention Bonus structure and coordinating the relocation of staff o Managing company apartments based in London and Nottingham
