- Windows desktop application development using C# .NET/web services, WPF and Oracle SQL - Back-end development of stored procedures and schemas. - 2 year full time position as a technician responsible for the packaging and deployment of software, operating systems, and hosted services.- Helped maintain a 900 node network of Windows desktop computers in one domain spanning three physical locations.- Had a hand in transitioning the majority of our physical servers and services to a VMWare ESXi 5 platform.- Over the summer helped transition entire network from Windows XP to Windows 7 using Altiris (now Symantec) Deployment Solution.[Technologies used - VMWare, Powershell, Active Directory, Debian, CentOS, Moodle, Altiris/Symantec DS, Orca, PHP, MySQL]

Worked to troubleshoot and help students and teachers working with multiple proprietary web technologies RIT employed, as well as run of the mill MS Office, google mail, Desire2Learn issues.

- Worked with a group of highly talented engineers over the summer of 2008 outlining a plugin for use with their semantic knowledge processing engine.- Used PHP running on Jetty via Quercus to enable communication to CS's Java based platform- Established an understanding of RDF/Subject Predicate Object datasets[Technologies used: SPARQL, PHP, Java, Jetty, Eclipse]

Helped deploy and redeploy some hundred-odd laptops and desktops. Learned about working in a business environment as well as on-the-job knowledge about networking, hard drive imaging and business/self management.

Worked consulting on SQL Server database cleanup and website optimization. Unfortunately, time ran out before project could be completed. Learned about working on a deadline, project management and business hierarchy.
