I am a goal oriented problem solver with the innate ability to think outside the box to achieve success. With over 25 years of leadership experience, I understand the need to reach operational goals while taking care of those who support those goals. I firmly believe that everyone is an expert at something thus everyone has something to contribute to the team /project. I have the ability to quickly grasp new concepts and to monitor and adjust to any situation. Leadership, Duty, Respect, Selfless Service, Honor, Integrity, and Personal Courage have been the cornerstone of my personal philosophy while in the military and will continue to reflect my values in all aspects of my work and life.
