Probably the most important achievement of my career is working as a CFO in a company owned by a private equity investor and selling it to another owner (Berner Ltd Acquired Haltija Group Ltd).I am very business-minded finance professional (20y knowledge, over 15y as supervisor) with wide scale of management accounting, ICT, development, logistics, finance management, finance statement&interim reporting experience (FAS, IFRS) and M&A experience. I have a strong experience and understanding in logistics business and finance function. My way of working is very hands-on, and I build up excellent team spirit. Management Accounting is one base of leadership. If you want to know product, service or customer profitability or you want to create efficient KPI-indicators, there is no shortcuts. Controllers and Business Controllers must know and understand business causalities even better than the business itself.Maybe I am not a typical finance person.
