I have co-founded and built 2 successful companies but the passion always was building great software, still is.The present……………….In my current avatar, I am the co-founder and CTO of NUMR (https://www.numrcxm.com/). NUMR is a cloud based customer experience management software used by enterprises globally. Our customers span BFSI, Airlines, Auto, Retail and Hospitality and include companies like ICICI Prudential, Toyota, Akasa Airlines, Volkswagen, Maxlife, Mobiliar, General Motors, India First, Royal Enfield, etc.. NUMR helps companies connect customer behaviour and emotions to financial outcomes. We tell companies what they need to do and when, to retain customers and to increase word of mouth recommendations. We are the lighthouse in the turbulent battle for customer loyalty - we show the way. I designed and architected NUMR from the ground up as a best in class cloud based SaaS product which ticks all the boxes for enterprise customers - scalability, compliance, security, integration. Today the NUMR suite has grown to a collection of 6 apps and our APIs process upwards of 100 million requests a month. All the lessons learnt from the ditches while building our earlier SaaS (rebus cloud), went into building out NUMR. And we are just getting started..The beginning…………………..At the beginning, I worked in a few IT companies before settling in Torry Harris, where I found many great mentors. I rose up the ranks quickly and spent many years working in UK, US and Europe as a solutions architect, pre-sales, client management and handling key accounts. I handled accounts like Orange telecom, JP Morgan, T Mobile to name a few.But at my heart I was always a programmer and dreamt of building software products which is used by customers everywhere. Products which customer love.I got an opportunity to start on that path when I met my friend Amitayu once again while working in UK and we decided to start RebusCode as a 2-member startup. We scaled RebusCode to 75+ people and build software in the market research space. We started with ad-hoc projects and then build RebusCloud. RebusCloud is an platform for market research which I designed and built from scratch.
