• Cash postings (Ensure day one cash postings for all Countries)• Processing of Manual Invoice, credit memo & sales tax adjustments.• Posting Retail Check & Manual posting• Bank Reconciliation and reporting ageing analysis of open items.• Training new team members and also cross training of process activities• Maintained Error Log Report for management review• Escalate/ resolve process related issues on the same day within 24hrs from the time it identified.• Ensure all the remits received from C&C allocated within 24hrs TAT• Taking initiative for daily reconciliation• Client Management: - Ensure there are no customer complaints for self.• Identify issues and address/ action them in a timely manner. • Frequent Interaction with US Client through Phone, mail & Instant Messenger• Timely follow up On-account receipts.• Ensure all adjustments Refunds, Write-Offs, Small payment differences are posted within timelines.• Uploading shipment details In Trade Sphere. • Award with Triumph Award for being Team Excellence Awards in recognition of tremendous effort & outstanding accomplishments in 2012.
