My role at ActiveDocs was to design and implement a Social Media strategy for the business and interact with the client base in a positive way, building and developing a beneficial relationship with the online community.

I operated as a member of the ShaveTeam during the LBC's annual event Shave For A Cure - Shave12. I handled back-of-house support and offered troubleshooting advice to volunteers and participating individuals.
