I am a man of many interests. Contrary to the way it is supposed to work, the further I have gone in my education the more uncertain I have become in what I want to do. I am obsessed with trying out new experiences and discovering more about what I naturally love to do. Mainly, however, I am debating between the paths of diving right into the business world as an entrepreneur, studying law and the criminal world, and possibly even writing and directing fantasy movies. Regardless of the path I choose, an aspect of myself that I know I can rely on is my passion. For as long as I can remember, I have always had a natural inclination towards surrounding myself with activities that I am excited about and can take pride in. A perfect example of this is the job I worked at my sophomore summer. To sum it up, I worked with people with mental disabilities and volunteered with them in the community. The purpose was to be a mentor and to help them develop job skills so that some day they could be independent enough to go out and pursue a career. To say that this job was a great experience is a wild understatement. Throughout the summer, I was able to grow in true friendships with these people and see real growth in their responsibility and independence. Being a part of that change made me excited to go to work everyday and motivated me to bring my best self. If you are looking for someone who is going to take your instructions and just get it done as fast as possible, I'm not your guy. However, if you want somebody who is ready to learn, adapt, and be passionate about the work he is doing, that's me. And I'm all in.
