As a data annotator I label data points used to train a machine-learning model or AI algorithm. Training data is critical to the success of the machine-learning model, which can't produce accurate results without high-quality training data.

My primary role as a customer service representative is to interact with customers to address their concerns, answer their questions and assist them with their needs.As a customer service representative I often answer customer chats and emails, responding to customers' questions and concerns.

In this role, I maintained continuity among corporate and local work teams by documenting actions, irregularities, and continuing needs. Kept track of resources and created, edited, and updated company spreadsheets.

I worked closely with a team of skilled Engineers, Architects, and builders as we worked on the Concourse waiting building at the New International Murtala Muhammad Airport. My responsibilities included checking floor plans, accounting for instruments brought to the site, Supervising backfillings, and foundation work for a bridge project. It was a very insightful program in which I picked up so many things and enjoyed the procurement side of construction.
