Currently supporting several teams in the Engineering department, enabling them to drive the adoption of Agile methodologies and cultivate a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement has been at the heart of my role as a Scrum Master at CCM. Through my commitment and support of the PMO team we’ve been able to push to foster effective communication and a genuine dedication to Agile principles.

Metro Manila

I worked with a team of 7-8 developers on several projects, one of which is a web3 project called “The Collectiverse" with the main goal of onboarding people in the Philippines onto the metaverse. I helped the team adapt and adhere to scrum practices as well as remove impediments they faced. Over the course of 4 months, the velocity of the team also improved as the team became more effective with each sprint. I also helped improve communication with the team and other departments in the company as well as make progress reports.

I helped IT professionals and people from all walks of life improve their English proficiency. I engage with students and help them develop their vocabulary, improve their listening and writing as well as guiding them converse better in a professional environment and during job interviews.

Provided services as a piano teacher to adults and kids of different ages and skill levels, using a curriculum provided by the company.

Philippines

Worked as a part of the Quality Assurance team as a tester, using Java, TestNg framework, Maven framework and Selenium as the Integrated Development Environment to help the team identify bugs and errors in the program by writing test scripts to evaluate and verify the software thoroughly.
