Facility operating with Gas Lift compressors 4*33% and Water Injection pumps 2*50%, Produced water system within 20 ppm specs by hydro-cyclone and de-aerators; powered by Siemens ICCS. Gas export to onshore Abidjan for utility productions. Assigned as Operation Engineer reporting to Operations Manager based Abidjan Responsible for MOCs and TQs to enhance changes required for upgrading the FPSO for further life extension of 20 Years. Responsible for change the pipings as per prosafe piping standard, deviated if any got approval from Tech Support to enhance the changes. Improving process optimization by adding one more hydro-cyclone, process cross over to minimise down equipments, Identify vessels with minimal operational use and re-routing the process in a better means to with endurances of process optimization and remove the redundant vessel piping and equipment from service. Thus making the process plant avoiding unusual maintenance management and make the CMMS healthy.

MEG used for mitigate the hydrates reclaimed onboard as sweet gas processed to – 65 C due point before exporting to the Mexilhão field 170 kilometers from Urugua. Produced water treated to below 20 ppm before sending overboard.
