Completed my Action project for Fiji Rugby Union, helping them to better understand Long-term player development. A challenging experience to diversify my research skills and expertise. Enjoyed combining my two passions for academic research and sport.

● Placement module in final year of UG study at The Excecutive Office in Northern Ireland as part of the Together: Building a United Community (T:BUC) department. ● Conducted a research paper on the effectiveness of cross community and intervention camps known as T:BUC and Planned Intervention camps. Focusing on their effectiveness at changing perceptions towards different communities in Northern Ireland by building meaningful and effective relationships with individuals from different communities.● In addition to a 'Policy Brief', providing a recommendation and proposed template for the restructuring of T:BUC cross community programmes.
