After finishing school with A-Levels in IT, Photography, Cisco Systems Network Management and Microsoft Office Qualifications, I started work at 18 and went into Civil Enforcement with Nottingham City and then County Council. From there I migrated to North wales where I found myself in the Retail sector in Tescos to Waitrose to Morrisons,initially as shop floor, progressing to eventual branch manager during my time at Farmfoods. In between these retail periods I also had a short term in Home Care, as well as Civil Enforcement for Anglesey Council. This jobs have all given me a vast array of knowledge with people management, staffing, money management and much more. But my real passion has always been in the IT sector as a result I’ve regular found myself as the internal IT help desk for my colleagues, with my current role leaning heavily into this as I’ve taken on management of Digital Media creation and management across multiple sites for On-Site Media Screens and Across Social Media.I also have skills in IT networking and CCTV installations and management which I’ve used semi regularly in a large portion of my working positions. Currently as I study to gain my degree in Computer Sciences, I’m also studying for my CCNA as well as an active attempt to gain a recognised qualification in Cyber Security.
