Hello there, A little bit about me, currently I have been working at Uber Carshare as a Messaging Operations and CRM Analyst since January 2023. I've been in this CRM position for around 4 Years and I have a big passion for this Position. I'm an expert in using Marketing tools Braze, MoEngage, Mailmodo, SendGrid, and Pushwoosh. The channels that I use are usually Email, SMS, Push, IAM, OSM, and Webhook. I'm also experienced in creating Email and WA templates using HTML and Liquid Coding (in Braze). I'm very good at Creating Data Segmentation using Excel with RFM Analysis. As per reporting, I'm an expert in using Excel and Mixpanel, and I use either Dovetail or Slides to present it. While working I have also finished my Bachelor's Degree in Information Systems with a 3.80 GPA and my Master's Degree in Management Information Systems with a 3.98 GPA. Thank you
