Managing and coordinating the activities of the branch commercial banking team, deposit mobilization, acquisition and retention of customers, creating risk assets for commercial banking customers & retail banking customers as well. Spending time in the Field with customers and consumers - essential to stay in touch with the market and the competition, revenue collection & generating detailed business proposals on behalf of prospective and established customers for management consideration and approval, presentations on the banks new and existing products to various organizations & adequate follow up after the presentation to ensure that enough business is generated from such areas, business development and customer management strategies and programmes to maximize the revenue generating capacity of the branch and bank at large.

 Responsible for managing business relationships with established customers and prospects, customer acquisition and retention, developing new markets, credit assessment and structuring, dormant account reactivation, constantly growing customer loyalty through the delivery of excellent customer service, treasury and wealth management, daily preparation of call plan and call memo, achieve branch overall profitability target, revenue collection, creating risk assets for priority banking customers & retail banking customers. Generating detailed business proposals on behalf of prospective and established customers for management consideration and approval, articulating and implementing effective sales, business development and customer management strategies and programmes to maximize the revenue generating capacity.
