I am currently a Fourth Year at the University of Virginia where I am studying Applied Statistics (Concentration in Data Science) and Economics. I have been heavily involved in investment, consulting, and marketing clubs throughout my time at the university while also holding several leadership positions in my fraternity, a national collegiate honor society, Future Business Leaders of America, Model United Nations and other organizations on grounds.My work experience has been quite diverse and for good reason. I have previously worked as a Team Advisor at Yale University with The National Student Leadership Conference where I served as a facilitator and leader for their Business and Entrepreneurship Program. This was an amazing experience as it exposed me to the wisdom and knowledge of Yale Professors, CEOs, and High Profile Sports Management officials where I learned more about what it takes to be successful in the industry. Additionally, I have experience in the sales industry where I worked as a sales representative for a kitchen knife company and learned about affective methods of communication and negotiation that I have used in other aspects of my life. On top of these experiences, I have spent over a year in the food industry where I worked as a host for California Pizza Kitchen and a team member at Chick Fil A. I am well versed in management and human resources as I have served as a Community Manager for the online community, Karma Gaming, since September 2022 where I oversee all moderators, administrators, server managers, and developers. I deal with internal staff complaints, hire new staff members, and advertise throughout various platforms to attract more members onto our servers. Another significant part of the job includes the organization and execution of annual or semi annual tournaments where we fundraise thousands of dollars and coordinate the competing of 100+ members in a 3 day tournament which is broadcasted on twitch.tv.In addition to my experience with online staff and community management, I am serving as a Director General for the 27th Virginia International Crisis Simulation which is a collegiate Model United Nations Conference hosted at the University of Virginia. My job responsibilities included interviewing prospective staff members, creating 18 committee topics, assigning staff to each committee, and overseeing all personal and delegate experience material up to and during the conference in March 2023.
