Provide thought leadership on program quality assurance, and design of intervention, create and nurture partnerships within the public and private spectrum to enhance Activity indicator performance, and strengthen the resilience capacities of participants and communities while optimizing resources, maximizing reach and impact, and enhancing localization and sustainability. Lead a team of subject matter specialists to drive technical strategy, ensuring effective coordination among the sub purpose technical leads, integration of interventions across the portfolio, and effective field delivery in alignment with the agreed strategy. Oversee the Activity’s grants portfolio and contracts, and designs strategies for engaging communities and household in strengthening resilience outcomes. Support the development of quality and timely annual work plans, quarterly and annual reports, and other reports as needed, and ensuring that all Activity deliverables are of high quality and produced on time. Support the Chief of Party in managing the relationship with USAID, including timely response to issues raised, both technical and operations, representing the Activity at various collaboration forums in country, including leading the identification of platforms for dissemination of best practices on the work of ICAN. Coordinate Monitoring and Evaluation processes for all projects, ensuring clear and well aligned M&E frame-work, through baseline, midterm and end-line evaluations, documentation of lessons learnt and participatory project reviews.
