Samuel serves as Managing Director of Capital Markets at Elion Partners and is responsible for institutional client solutions, capital formation, equity-linked transactions and investment structuring for a leading alternative investment manager focused on the industrial logistics real estate sector. Samuel holds a JD from Harvard Law School.Previously, Samuel served as a senior associate of the Private Funds group at Simpson Thacher & Bartlett LLP, and represented market-leading private equity sponsors on a broad range of transactions, including commingled mega fundraises, co-investments, syndications, M&A transactions, GP-stakes transactions and overall portfolio and fund management.
