MD focused on Healthcare Administration and business development with experience in private, government, and education sectors. I am passionate about the current healthcare worker shortage and specialize in connecting providers and facilities. I have managed multiple clinics simultaneously with over 60 providers plus support staff. I am well versed in patient relations having built successful relationships with patients and staff in the clinical setting. My experience allows me to build strong relationships with the staff to increase morale and effective teamwork, analyze current metrics of performance including production, billing, collections, scheduling methods all to fine tune and improve the areas necessary to increase patient care, production, efficiency, and company revenue. I have been involved in the process of starting a clinic from the ground up, as well as spearheaded the acquisition of new locations.In my free time I enjoy spending time outdoors with my family exploring the beautiful world around us. My favorite outdoor activities include hiking, biking, fishing, and playing at a river, lake, or beach. I adore reading literature and listening to audio books, especially while traveling.I have spent time volunteering in many different capacities but by far my favorite has been my involvement in creating "Theo's Library", a library dedicated to providing books for the babies in the DHR NICU to give the parents an avenue to connect with their infant and help cognitive development throughout their stay. Other volunteer experiences include time spent at food bank, fund raising for youth extracurricular activities, leading donation drives and delivery of supplies and food to remote indigenous communities, providing volunteer medical care to lower income families, as well as a series of medical brigades in Mexico providing basic medical needs to indigenous people in the remote mountains of Nayarit, Mexico where their access to medical services is almost non-existent.
