Educated in Nigeria and the United Kingdom, Mr. Ayodele obtained a bachelor’s degree in management (1984); PGD in Business Management (2003) and a Master in human resources management (2007).An experienced strategic and crisis manager, operated in a management position as Hospital Administrator, he led the organization from a newly commenced organization of less than ten staff to become a leading Specialist medical outfit in the region. Within a decade, Recorded growth in all areas - 200% in client base and sales revenue, over one hundred corporate retainers, two thousand plus active clients in the out / In -patient departments and 35 members of staff that included Surgeons, medical consultants, Laboratory Scientists, Radiographers, Nursing and Administrative support staff. Joined the African Business Roundtable in 2002 and delved into international development economics, investments promotion and trade facilitation. Passionate about enterprise development, he is a strong advocate for creating conducive business environment, building productive capacity of indigenous African entrepreneurs, enhance SME competitiveness and growth.Conversant with development finance institutions and partners procedures regarding financial and non-financial support to Business and Civil Society Organizations. He was the ABR project manager for the African Development Bank / Government of Japan Funds for African Private Sector Assistance (FAPA) Grant, implemented between 2010 – 2014.Participated in events of notable institutions such as AfDB & Afreximbank Annual Meetings, World Economic Forum, United Nations Economic Commission for Africa, United Nations Industrial Development Organization among others. Facilitated and hosted business / economic related events providing platforms for public private sector dialogue, business networking, capacity building and advocacy. He was a member of the Steering Committee of the International Trade Centre (ITC) Programme for Africa’s Capacity for Trade (PACT 11) from 2009 – 2012Undertaken professional courses/trainings in Project Management and NGO/BO governance, among which were the world Bank courses on – “Unlocking Investment and Finance in Emerging Markets and Developing Economies – July 2019” and “Trading for Development in the Age of global value Chains, WDR 2020 – Sept 2020”Fellow of the African Business School, Institute of Public Administrators of Nigeria, and a member of other professional bodies. He is well-travelled in Africa, United Kingdom, Europe, North America and China.
