Responsibilities include:- Responsible for insurance for Company Head Office. and Sites. (form no. 1 & form no. 6) .... etc- Dealing with and communicate effectively with government departments such as labor offices and social insurance when needed.- Preparation of monthly attendance for staff and calculate Annual leave balance.- Calculate monthly payroll and income taxes.- Transfer of payroll to personnel banks accounts.- Establish and update personnel and payroll employee's database.- Contracting and Follow-up medical services (Receivable - Recovery)- End of service benefits (Vacations Balance - Working days Overtime punishments ...etc)- Completing and follow-up on hiring and termination procedures and the part-time employees.- Preparation Insurance form no. 2 - Calculate and Follow-up on social insurance of employees. - Formulate any formal letters to any organizations. - Follow-up administrative work. - periodically update employees' monthly salaries database. - Follow-up and Coordination on Contracting Insurance.

Responsibilities include:- Enrollment in Social Insurance (form no. 1 & form no. 6).... Etc- Follow up resignations, and handle any matters related.- Handling all employment procedures for new employees including preparation of employment contracts. - Establish and update personnel and payroll employee's database using the (SAP) Program.- Monthly updates of all personnel movement.- Follow up Medical Tests for new employees activate governmental medical insurance for the uncovered employees by the private medical (Medical ID & Medical Leave .... etc - Develop the monthly analysis reports of personnel figures, overheads and costs.- Follow-up on social insurance of employees. - Completing and follow-up on hiring and termination procedures and the part-time employees.- Preparing monthly related reports using the (SAP Program) medical & social insurance...- Dealing with and communicate effectively with government departments such as labor offices and social insurance when needed.- Follow-up cases of disability and death (with the Social Insurance or the Benefits department)- End of service benefits (Vacations Balance - Working days – Overtime – punishment …- Formulate any reports for social labor or insurance office searching. - Formulate any formal letters to any organizations.
