I have demonstrated experience in my current role with reporting, data collection and entry, analysing and research. All this is to best support my team and managers providing exceptional results.My experience starts in customer service where I worked my way into a sale position learning how to build rapport and discipline, dedicating my time and strengths to hitting my targets and supporting my colleagues. I went on to turn that role into a client support officer role. Where I applied my knowledge of building rapport and used that to create connections within the community, throughout my short career I have already gained an incredible skill set which I will continue to build and grow with each day passing. I have experience reporting and liaising between our CEO’s and quality and ethics teams. I also communicate and report to between our internal and external stakeholders. I have a through my client services role worked with a wide range of different ethnicity’s and people with disabilities, guiding them and building a rapport and trust.
