As an individual who's interested in challenges, science, and human behavior, I strive towards understanding the brain and it's connections from a variety of areas. This involves a variety of aspects, including biological and chemical neuroscience, as well as clinical psychological work. My primary goal is to integrate as many areas of expertise as possible so as to work in basic research as well as clinical research, and to apply that scientific research to clinical populations.

  In the Hetrick Lab I've gotten experience working with databases such as the Statistical package for the Social Sciences database (SPSS). This laboratory allowed me to explore specific research interests that aligned with lab perogatives, and to design research experiments and learn how to implement them, getting core experience with the scientific process from start to finish. I managed and learned how to utilize electroencephalography (EEG) to run experiments on participants, as well as learne dhow to heavily analyze critical research papers.
